Since your residence country as indicated in your registration data is not Russia you may need to follow certain additional procedures if you decide to attend the Meeting in person. If you are a Russian or NIS/FSU citizen you may visit Russia any time vithout visa. Valid travel passport is required for crossing the border. The list of other countries whose citizens may enter Russia without visas is located at the Meeting Web site. Otherwise you will need a Russian entry visa. To get those please follow indications on our website (Visas Section) and supply the filled Visa Application Support Form and a copy of the first page your travel passport (one with your photo, name, date of issue, number, etc. ).

Please pay attention and do not forget to find out and indicate in the Form the City and the Country where the Russian Consulate to which you are going/have to apply for the visa is located. In case you wish someone to join you as an accompanying person please fillout the same form for him/her too and attach a copy of the passport. Please make sure that these documents reach me as soon as possible (it will simplify our work), but in any case before 08.07.2026. With these documents we shall be able to issue an invitation letter for you to be submitted with the visa application to the designated Russian Consulate. Unfortunately, in these times, it is not guaranteed, that the visa will be issued at all. We are sorry for that.
