| Dear collegues Since your residence country as indicated in your registration data is not Russia you may need to follow certain additional procedures if you decide to attend the Meeting. If you are a Russian, or NIS, or Israeli citizen you may visit Russia any time vithout visa. Valid travel passport is required. The list of other countries whose citizens may enter Russia without visas is located at http://www.visahouse.com/visafreecountries.asp . Othervise you will need a Russian entry visa. To get those I shall prepare an invitation for you. Please send me pdf files of your first passport pages: with name, photo and all the numbers. Please provide also the following items: your native country; your native city; your living city; full official title of your position; office phone number; Country and city where you are going to apply for a visa.
