To browse the submitted contributions click here and follow the "Browse " link. The organisers have reached an agreement with the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Quantum Chemistry on the publication of the Proceedings of this session. All the participants of the Meeting are welcome to submit their contributions to the IJQC. In order to do so please prepare a double spaced manuscript of no more than 25 pages. The manuscripts must be uploaded to the IJQC web based submission system at http://www.qtp.ufl.edu/ijqc.shtml. Details of the uploading will be communicated to the registered participants by the Editorial Office of the IJQC. Concerning the preparation of the manuscripts I dare to quote two passages from the letters of Prof. N. Yngve Öhrn - one of the Editors-en-Chef of the IJQC: "The major delaying factor for the 2004 issue is the poor English in many of the contributions. It would greatly facilitate the publishing if these language problems could be addressed so that each paper is scrutinized by a person with expertise in the written English language before submission" and "I cannot stress enough the importance for authors who are not fluent in written English to get competent help before the manuscript is submitted". The deadline of the manuscript submission is 28.02.2010. All information concerning the Meeting is located at the URL: http://qcc.ru/~fock/. You may see the circulars sent so far by clicking here
